Princess Viktória de Bourbon de Parme

2.1. Birth and family

Viktória Cservenyák was born on May 25, 1982, in Budapest, Hungary. Her father is Tibor Cservenyák, an Olympian water polo player, and her mother is Dorottya Klára Bartos. She is also related to other notable athletes, including her grandmother, Olympian swimmer Klára Killermann, and her aunt, tennis player Csilla Bartos-Cserepy.

3.1. Legal and corporate career

Princess Viktória holds master's degrees in international business transactions and law, which she earned from Nyenrode Business University and the University of Amsterdam. Prior to her marriage into the royal family, she worked as a corporate lawyer for the firm Allen & Overy and served as a legal advisor for Rabobank. Her experience also extends to strategic management within the corporate sector.

3.2. World Benchmarking Alliance

Princess Viktória serves as the Lead of Food Transformation at the World Benchmarking Alliance, a benchmarking organization dedicated to assessing and influencing corporate contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In this role, she provides expert advice on improving nutrition and environmental practices within global food systems. She was instrumental in developing the Food and Agricultural Benchmark and has contributed to projects such as the Access to Seeds Index and the Seafood Stewardship Index, aiming to enhance sustainability and responsible practices in these sectors.

3.3. Patronage of Save the Children

Since 2015, Princess Viktória has been the royal patron of Save the Children Netherlands. In this capacity, she actively advocates for child welfare, focusing on critical issues such as eliminating malnutrition, ensuring access to education, and protecting children in vulnerable situations. Her involvement includes participating in events and discussions to raise awareness and support for the organization's initiatives.

3.4. International contributions and activities

Princess Viktória is deeply involved in international efforts related to food innovation, nutrition, and humanitarian aid for children. In May 2018, she participated in the Seeds & Chips International Food and Innovation Summit held in Milan, Italy, where she moderated a panel discussion focused on supporting smallholder farmers. A month prior, she had attended another food conference in Singapore, further demonstrating her commitment to global food security.

In February 2017, representing Save the Children, Princess Viktória visited Mozambique, specifically the town of Beira and Sofala Province. During her visit, she gained insights into chronic malnutrition and attended a cooking class designed to raise awareness about the availability of local food resources in Mozambique.

In November 2018, she organized and attended a "Nutrition dinner" in The Hague, where meals were prepared using leftover food. At this event, she spoke about the widespread nutritional problems affecting children globally and emphasized the importance of minimizing food waste. In May 2019, Princess Viktória attended a conference at the Peace Palace in The Hague. As a patroness of Save the Children, she delivered a speech addressing the devastating consequences of war on children.

In June 2018, following the conclusion of her husband's tenure as the Dutch ambassador to the Holy See, Princess Viktória, along with Prince Jaime and their daughters, was granted a private audience with Pope Francis.

4.1. Marriage and children

On August 12, 2013, Princess Viktória and Prince Jaime of Bourbon-Parma, who holds the title of Count of Bardi, announced their engagement. They formalized their union in a civil ceremony held in Wijk bij Duurstede on October 3, 2013. A religious wedding ceremony followed on October 5, 2013, at the Church of Our Lady of the Heavens in Apeldoorn. The wedding was a significant event, attended by members of the Dutch royal family, including Former Queen Beatrix, King Willem-Alexander, and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands.

Per a 1996 royal decree issued by Queen Beatrix, Viktória was incorporated into the Dutch nobility and became entitled to the style of Her Royal Highness upon her marriage. Additionally, prior to her marriage in 2013, she was bestowed with the title of Countess of Montizòn by her brother-in-law, Prince Carlos, Duke of Parma.

The couple has two daughters:
