1. Club career
Aleksandar Andrejević has built a robust professional career spanning multiple leagues and clubs, marked by key transfers and consistent defensive performances.
1.1. FK Příbram
In July 2011, Andrejević transferred to FK Příbram in the Czech Republic. He made his official league debut for the club on October 1, 2011, in a home match against Sparta Prague. Although Příbram suffered a 3-0 defeat, Andrejević played the entire ninety minutes of the game, marking his entry into the Czech professional football scene.
1.2. FK Donji Srem
After his stint in the Czech Republic, Andrejević returned to Serbia, joining FK Donji Srem on a free transfer in July 2015. His league debut for Donji Srem occurred on August 15, 2015, in a 2-2 home draw against Sinđelić Beograd. He played the full ninety minutes in this match, quickly establishing himself in the team's defense.
1.3. FK Proleter Novi Sad
In July 2016, Andrejević made another free transfer within Serbia, moving to FK Proleter Novi Sad. He made his league debut for the club on August 14, 2016, participating in a 1-1 away draw against Dinamo Vranje, playing the entire match. Nearly three months later, on September 10, 2016, Andrejević scored his first league goal for Proleter Novi Sad in an away match against Zemun. His goal, scored in the 39th minute, gave Proleter a 1-0 lead in a game that ultimately ended in a 1-1 draw. He later returned to Proleter Novi Sad for the 2021-22 season.
1.4. Gwangju FC
Andrejević ventured to Asia in March 2021, signing with Gwangju FC in South Korea. During his tenure in the K League, he was officially registered under the name Alex, becoming a notable foreign player for the club.
1.5. Qingdao Hainiu
In March 2023, Andrejević transitioned to Chinese football, joining Chinese Super League club Qingdao Hainiu.
1.6. Chongqing Tonglianglong
Andrejević continued his career in China by joining China League One club Chongqing Tonglianglong on February 24, 2024.
1.7. Suzhou Dongwu
Following his time at Chongqing Tonglianglong, Andrejević moved to Suzhou Dongwu, where he currently plays as a defender in the China League One.
2. International career
Aleksandar Andrejević earned his first call-up to the Serbia national team in January 2021. He made his international debut for Serbia in a friendly match played away against the Panama national team.
