Ahn Byung-Keon joined Bali United F.C. at the start of the 2016 season, fulfilling the club's foreign player quota. He made his debut for Bali United during the second week of the Indonesia Soccer Championship A 2016 against Persipura Jayapura. A notable moment during his time in Indonesia was scoring a goal in the second minute when Bali United F.C. defeated Semen Padang FC.

Before the 2020 season, Ahn Byung-Keon officially signed with Sài Gòn F.C. in Vietnam.
