3.1. Nay Pyi Taw FC
Myo Hlaing Win began his managerial career with Nay Pyi Taw F.C. in January 2013. During the 2013 Myanmar National League season, he guided the team to a second-place finish, which earned them qualification for the 2014 AFC Cup. In the AFC Cup, Nay Pyi Taw FC finished as runners-up in their group, behind Kitchee, allowing them to advance to the round of 16. However, their campaign ended there with a 5-0 defeat to Vietnamese club Hà Nội T&T.
