3.1. .Feast

In 2012, Daniel Baskara Putra co-founded the rock band .Feast with four other members, including Adnan Satyanugraha Putra. The band initially started as a duo between Baskara and Adnan, eventually expanding to include Dicky, Bodat (an ex-member), and Awan, forming a full and committed group. .Feast released their debut studio album, Multiverses, in 2017. This was followed by their extended play, Beberapa Orang Memaafkan, released a year later in 2018, which was noted for its profound lyrical content.

3.2. Solo Career as Hindia

Daniel Baskara Putra launched his solo project under the moniker Hindia in 2018. His debut as a solo artist came with the single "No One Will Find Me," which was part of the compilation album Bertamu, initiated by Double Deer Records. In December 2018, he released a Christmas-themed compilation extended play titled Tidak Ada Salju Di Sini (Tidak Ada Salju Di Sini^Indonesian, "No Snow Here"), collaborating with Petra Sihombing, Enrico Octaviano, Rubina, and Krautmilk.

In March 2019, Hindia released his debut solo single, "Evaluasi" (Evaluasi^Indonesian, "Evaluation"), followed by "Secukupnya" (Secukupnya^Indonesian, "Enough") in May of the same year. In June 2019, he released two more singles, "Tinggalkan di Sana" (Tinggalkan di Sana^Indonesian, "Leave It There") and "Jam Makan Siang" (Jam Makan Siang^Indonesian, "Lunchtime"), which featured Matter Mos. His highly anticipated debut studio album, Menari dengan Bayangan (Menari dengan Bayangan^Indonesian, "Dancing with Shadows"), was released in November 2019. The single "Secukupnya" was later featured as the official soundtrack for Angga Dwimas Sasongko's film One Day We'll Talk About Today, in which Hindia also made a cameo appearance as himself. In 2020, he received his first Anugerah Musik Indonesia award for Best Alternative Solo Artist for his song "Rumah ke Rumah" (Rumah ke Rumah^Indonesian, "House to House").

In January 2023, Baskara announced his second studio album, Lagipula Hidup Akan Berakhir (Lagipula Hidup Akan Berakhir^Indonesian, "After All, Life Will End"), through his social media channels. This album was released as a double album in two parts: the first on July 7, 2023, and the second two weeks later on July 21, 2023. The album featured several singles, including "Janji Palsu" (Janji Palsu^Indonesian, "False Promise"), "Masalah Masa Depan" (Masalah Masa Depan^Indonesian, "Future Problems"), "Perkara Tubuh" (Perkara Tubuh^Indonesian, "Body Matters"), and "Kami Khawatir, Kawan" (Kami Khawatir, Kawan^Indonesian, "We Are Worried, Friend"). Following the album's release, Hindia embarked on the Lagipula Hidup Akan Berakhir Album Concert tour, performing in four cities. The tour concluded in Jakarta on September 30, 2023, at the Jakarta International Velodrome.

In July 2024, Hindia collaborated with American singer eaJ on the single "Right Where You Left Me." In January 2025, he collaborated with Danilla to release a cover of Melly Goeslaw and Ari Lasso's 1999 single "Jika" (Jika^Indonesian, "If"). He also announced a surprise mixtape titled Doves, '25 on Blank Canvas, scheduled for release on February 24, 2025.

3.3. Lomba Sihir and Collaborations

In 2021, Hindia and the members of his live band officially formed the pop band Lomba Sihir (Lomba Sihir^Indonesian, "Magic Competition"). They released their debut single, "Hati dan Paru-Paru" (Hati dan Paru-Paru^Indonesian, "Heart and Lungs"), followed by their debut album, Selamat Datang di Ujung Dunia (Selamat Datang di Ujung Dunia^Indonesian, "Welcome to the End of the World"), in March 2021. Lomba Sihir gained international recognition when they were nominated for Best Band from Asia at the NME Awards 2022.

Beyond his work with .Feast and Lomba Sihir, Hindia has engaged in numerous collaborations with other artists. These include his work on the EP Tidak Ada Salju Di Sini with Petra Sihombing, Enrico Octaviano, Rubina, and Krautmilk. He has also collaborated on singles such as "Jam Makan Siang" with Matter Mos, "Belum Tidur" with Sal Priadi, "Membasuh" with Rara Sekar, "Dehidrasi" with Petra Sihombing, "Si Lemah" with RAN, "Percakapan, Pt. 1" with Mantra Vutura, "Tidak Ada Salju di Sini, Pt. 7" with Dipha Barus, "Tentang Masa Depan / Satu Dua Langkah" with tradeto, "Hari Yang Baik untuk Berbohong" with RAYHAN NOOR, "Vaya Con Dios" with Pee Wee Gaskins, "Right Where You Left Me" with eaJ, and "Jika" with Danilla. As a featured artist, he has appeared on Loner Lunar's ".Fin", Laze's "Sementara", Bilal Indrajaya's "Alunan Temu" (also featuring Isyana Sarasvati), and Matter Mos's "Rudi (Wawancara Liar)".
