Constantin Blaha was born on 1 December 1987, in Vienna, Austria. He is an Austrian national. He stands 70 in (178 cm) tall and weighs 168 lb (76 kg). Blaha has been associated with the Schwimm-Union Wien club during his career.
2. Career
Constantin Blaha's professional diving career has seen him compete extensively at the highest levels of international competition, primarily in the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard events. He has consistently represented Austria at the Olympic Games, World Aquatics Championships, and European Aquatics Championships, achieving significant results throughout his career.
2.1. Olympic Games
Blaha has competed for Austria at two Summer Olympics. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, he participated in the men's 3-meter springboard event. He placed 22nd in the preliminary round, which was not sufficient to advance to the semifinal stage of the competition.
He once again represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the men's 3-meter springboard event, Blaha finished 27th in the preliminary rounds, failing to qualify for the semifinals.
2.2. World Aquatics Championships
Blaha has been a regular participant in the World Aquatics Championships.
In 2009, he competed in both the men's 3-meter springboard and 1-meter springboard events. He was eliminated in the preliminary rounds for both, classifying 25th in the 3-meter springboard and 14th in the 1-meter springboard.
At the 2011 World Aquatics Championships, he again competed in both men's 3-meter springboard and 1-meter springboard events. He was eliminated in the preliminary rounds, ranking 19th in the 3-meter springboard and 30th in the 1-meter springboard.
His performance significantly improved at the 2013 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain. He achieved strong results, finishing 5th in the men's 1-meter springboard event and 9th in the men's 3-meter springboard event.
2.3. European Aquatics Championships
Constantin Blaha achieved a significant milestone at the European Aquatics Championships. At the 2016 European Aquatics Championships held in London, he won a bronze medal in the men's 1-meter springboard event, marking one of his career highlights.
