Camille Kostek was born in Killingworth, Connecticut, on February 19, 1992. Her father, Alan Kostek, worked as a general contractor, and her mother, Christina (née Decosta), managed a gym. She is the eldest of four siblings and has a diverse ethnic background, being of Polish, Irish, and Jamaican descent. Kostek began taking ballet lessons at the age of three, continuing her training at the Broadway Dance Center in New York City while also participating in national competitions.
