Soufiane Bidaoui was born on April 20, 1990, in Etterbeek, Belgium. He began his professional football career in his home country, playing for several Belgian clubs during his formative years in the sport.

His journey in Italian football continued when he transferred to Frosinone on January 31, 2023, signing a one-and-a-half-year contract.
