Rosucci began her senior club career in 2008, making her debut in Serie A with Torino. After three years, she transferred to Brescia in 2011. Her time at Brescia was marked by considerable success. In the 2011-12 season, she played a key role in Brescia's victory in the Coppa Italia. The 2013-14 season saw Brescia win the Serie A title and the Italian Women's Super Cup, which also secured their qualification for the UEFA Women's Champions League.
