Kazuma Inoue was born on January 9, 1990, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. During his youth, he played for local clubs Nako FC and Sandia Miura. He attended Kanagawa Prefectural Zuyo High School from 2005 to 2007. Following high school, he continued his football development at Tokai University from 2008 to 2011.
2. Club career

Inoue began his youth career with Nako FC and later played for Sandia Miura. He then played for Kanagawa Prefectural Zuyo High School from 2005 to 2007. After high school, he joined the football team of Tokai University, where he played from 2008 to 2011.

4. International career
Kazuma Inoue was involved in Japan's youth national team setup during his developing years. In 2006, he was a member of the U-16 Japan national team. The following year, in 2007, he progressed to the U-17 Japan national team. Additionally, in 2008, he was selected as a candidate for the Kanto University Selection team. He also represented Kanagawa Prefecture as a boys' selection player for the National Sports Festival.
