Kazuki has a twin brother, Yuki Nishiya, who is also a professional footballer. The brothers have garnered attention as "Nishiya Twins" throughout their careers, particularly during their high school days.

2.1. Youth and University Career
Nishiya began his football journey at Mashiko SC Strada, followed by a stint at JEF Utsunomiya. He then attended Kashima Gakuen High School from 2009 to 2012, where he was a prominent player. During his time there, he participated in the 90th National High School Soccer Championship, gaining recognition alongside his twin brother Yuki as the "Nishiya Twins." After graduating from high school, he enrolled at Ryutsu Keizai University in 2012 and played for the university's football club until 2016.
2.2. Professional Career
Nishiya officially began his professional career in 2016 when he joined J3 League club Tochigi SC. He quickly established himself as a key player, contributing significantly to the team's performance. In 2020, he made a full transfer to Tokushima Vortis. A notable highlight of his time at Tokushima Vortis was scoring a hat-trick in the opening match against Tokyo Verdy. He remained with Tokushima Vortis until April 4, 2024, when his contract was terminated. Following his departure from Tokushima, Nishiya participated in training with Tochigi City FC, a club in the JFL, starting from May 10, 2024, though this was not initially intended as a precursor to a contract. On July 9, 2024, it was announced that Nishiya would be joining Zweigen Kanazawa.
