2.2. Saipa F.C.
In the summer of 2005, Hosseini transferred from Malavan to Saipa. Prior to this move, there were discussions about him joining Persepolis, but the transfer did not materialize. At Saipa, he quickly established himself as a vital player. In the 2005-06 season, he was the most consistent player for the club, making 28 full appearances and scoring one goal.
