He began his football journey at Okayama Sakuho High School, where he distinguished himself as the captain of the school's football team during his third year. In 2005, Narabayashi was selected to represent and captain the boys' football team from Okayama Prefecture at the Hare no Kuni National Sports Festival.
Following his high school career, Narabayashi enrolled at Aoyama Gakuin University. He continued to play football, eventually captaining the university's team in his fourth and final year. After graduating from university in 2009, Narabayashi joined Fujieda MYFC in 2010, marking his entry into professional football.
2. Professional career
Hiroki Narabayashi's entire professional career was spent with Fujieda MYFC, where he played as a defender. He was known for his right-footed play and leadership on the field, eventually taking on the role of team captain. Narabayashi was an integral part of the Fujieda MYFC squad from 2010 until his retirement in 2016, contributing to the team's progression through various Japanese football leagues.
