Ogawa's professional career officially began in 2014 when he joined Júbilo Iwata. However, he made a strong return, scoring his first J.League goal on April 21, 2018. This powerful middle shot against Vegalta Sendai in a J1 9th round match at Yurtec Stadium Sendai contributed to his team's victory.
For the 2021 season, Ogawa changed his jersey number to 5. During this season, he made 25 appearances and scored a career-high of three goals, playing a crucial role in Júbilo Iwata's J2 League championship and subsequent promotion back to J1.

Ogawa played for Júbilo Iwata from 2014 until his departure in December 2024.
