1. Early life
Bradden Inman was born in Adelaide, Australia, on 10 December 1991. At the age of 14, he moved to England in 2006. He holds dual heritage, with both English and Scottish antecedents through his parents. Inman began playing football at the age of six, stating that he "always just really wanted to play football". Upon his move to England, he joined the Newcastle United youth team and was quickly recognized as a promising midfielder.
2. Club career
Bradden Inman's professional club career began in England, moving through several teams, before he continued his career in Australia and India.
2.1. Newcastle United
In 2007, Bradden Inman was invited to join the Newcastle United Academy. He progressed through the club's junior levels and was promoted to the reserve team during the 2008-09 season. Following his promotion, he signed a three-year contract with Newcastle United and became a regular fixture in the reserve squad.
Inman was named as a substitute for Newcastle's first team on two occasions: a Premier League fixture against Manchester City in January 2009 and an League Cup match against Peterborough United in September 2009, though he did not make an appearance in either game. Ahead of the 2010-11 season, Inman participated in Newcastle's pre-season tour, playing against Carlisle United. In February 2012, he signed a one-year contract extension, but for the remainder of his time at Newcastle, he remained solely a reserve player.
In October 2012, Inman rejected a proposed loan move to Gateshead. Instead, on 22 November, he joined League One club Crewe Alexandra on an initial loan deal until January 2013, which was later extended to the end of the 2012-13 season. After his loan, Inman was offered a new contract by Newcastle, but he chose to pursue first-team football, ultimately rejecting Newcastle's offer and signing a three-year contract with Crewe Alexandra on 22 August 2013 for an undisclosed fee.
2.2. Crewe Alexandra
During his initial loan period at Crewe Alexandra, Bradden Inman was an unused substitute in two matches before making his senior debut on 4 December 2012. He played 88 minutes in a Football League Trophy fixture against Doncaster Rovers. Four days later, on 8 December, he made his League One debut and scored his first goal for Crewe in a 3-1 victory over Preston North End.
Inman played a significant role in Crewe's journey to the 2013 Football League Trophy Final. He scored once against Bradford City and twice in the first leg against Coventry City. Although he was sidelined for two weeks with an ankle injury, he recovered in time to play 69 minutes of the final against Southend United, which Crewe won 2-0. By the end of the loan period, Inman had made 26 appearances and scored eight goals.
Following his permanent transfer to Crewe in August 2013, manager Steve Davis praised Inman, noting his decision to turn down a Premier League club for regular football in the lower leagues. Inman's first match after officially joining Crewe was on 24 August 2013, coming on as a substitute in a 2-0 loss to Leyton Orient. He established himself as a first-team regular in midfield. However, in November 2013, Davis made Inman and fellow midfielder Anthony Grant available for loan due to concerns about their attitude. Inman returned to the team on 14 December 2013 in a 2-2 draw against Coventry City and subsequently regained his place. He made 40 appearances and scored four goals in all competitions during the 2013-14 season.
He continued to play for Crewe Alexandra until the 2015-16 season, when the club was relegated to League Two. Although he was initially on the club's retained list pending contract negotiations, the Crewe Chronicle anticipated his departure, which manager Davis later confirmed.
2.3. Peterborough United
In June 2016, Bradden Inman signed a three-year contract with Peterborough United and was assigned the number 16 shirt. Shortly after joining, he suffered a broken leg during pre-season training, requiring surgery. This injury kept him out of action for five months. He returned to play for the reserve team on 17 November and made his first-team debut on 10 December as a late substitute in a 5-2 victory over Chesterfield.
Despite recovering from his injury, Inman was primarily used as a substitute for the remainder of the season. In May 2017, he was placed on the transfer list. A month later, he joined Rochdale on a loan deal for the 2017-18 season.
Upon his return to Peterborough at the end of the loan spell, he was once again placed on the transfer list in May 2018. In July 2018, Inman left Peterborough United by mutual consent and subsequently signed a one-year contract with Rochdale.
2.4. Rochdale
Bradden Inman began his loan period at Rochdale in July 2017, receiving the number 17 shirt. He made his club debut in the first round of the League Cup against Mansfield Town on 8 August, coming on as a late substitute in a 1-0 win. During his loan spell, Inman made 47 appearances across all competitions and scored eight goals.
After his permanent transfer to Rochdale in July 2018, he changed his shirt number from 17 to 19. Inman started the 2018-19 season strongly, scoring both goals in a 2-1 away victory against Burton Albion on 4 August. He went on to make 24 appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals. At the conclusion of the season, Rochdale released him.

2.5.2. ATK Mohun Bagan
On 21 September 2020, Inman moved to India, signing a one-year deal with Indian Super League club ATK Mohun Bagan. In January 2021, he was loaned to Odisha FC as part of a swap deal that saw Marcelinho join Mohun Bagan for the remainder of the 2020-21 season. On 12 March 2021, Inman was loaned again, this time to A-League club Western United FC for the rest of the 2020-21 A-League season. He returned to Mohun Bagan in June 2021.
2.5.3. Mumbai City
On 7 September 2021, Bradden Inman transferred to Mumbai City FC on a one-year deal. He made his debut for Mumbai City on 1 December in an Indian Super League match against his former club, Mohun Bagan, coming on as an 86th-minute substitute for Cássio Gabriel. Mumbai City secured a decisive 5-1 victory.
Inman was included in Mumbai City's squad for the 2022 AFC Champions League. On 11 April, he made his debut in the competition in a 2-1 win against Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, a historic match that made Mumbai City the first Indian team to win an AFC Champions League match.
2.5.4. Gold Coast Knights
On 22 February 2023, Bradden Inman returned to Australia to join NPL Queensland club Gold Coast Knights. He made his debut for the club on 14 May in a home match against Olympic FC. Inman scored the opening goal just five minutes into the game, contributing to a 3-0 victory for the Knights.

3.1.1. Scotland under-19

His first goal for the team came on 10 October 2009 against Romania under-19.
3.1.2. Scotland under-21
