His career began at a notably young age when he joined FC Seoul in 2004, a decision that followed his departure from Masan Jungang Middle School. 2. Early life and career debut
Bae Hae-Min was born on April 25, 1988. In 2004, he made a significant decision regarding his education and career path. He dropped out of Masan Jungang Middle School to pursue professional football. Later that same year, at the age of 16, he officially began his professional career by signing with FC Seoul, a prominent club competing in the K-League, the top professional football league in South Korea.

Bae Hae-Min's professional club career has spanned several teams within South Korea and a notable period on loan in the Czech Republic.
3.1. FC Seoul
Bae Hae-Min joined FC Seoul in 2004, marking the beginning of his professional career. He made his debut in the K-League Cup, specifically during the Hauzen Cup 2008 competition in May 2008. Later that year, he was loaned out to a club in the Czech Republic. Upon the completion of his loan spell, Bae Hae-Min returned to FC Seoul in July 2009. His regular K-League debut occurred in May 2011, when he came on as a substitute in a home match against Gyeongnam FC. During the 2011 season, he made two additional substitute appearances in the league and earned one start in a league cup competition before his departure from the club.
3.2. Loan to FK Viktoria Žižkov
In July 2008, Bae Hae-Min was loaned for a period of one year to FK Viktoria Žižkov. This club competed in the Gambrinus Liga, which was the top-tier professional football league in the Czech Republic at the time. He remained with the Czech club for the duration of his loan agreement, gaining international experience, before returning to his parent club, FC Seoul, in July 2009.

Following his time with FC Seoul, Bae Hae-Min continued his professional career in the South Korean football league system. For the 2012 season, he signed with Daejeon Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power FC, which was then known as Gyeongju Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power FC and participated in the Korea National League. He played with this club for a single year. Ahead of the 2014 season, he moved to another club in the Korea National League, joining Yongin City FC. Subsequently, he played as a midfielder for Goyang Hi FC in the K League Challenge, which is a second-tier professional football league in South Korea.
