Macy Chan

2.1. Group Activities

In 2004, Macy Chan co-founded the music group "Girl's only Dormitory" (女生宿舍^Chinese) alongside Toby Leung, Elise Liao, and Bella Cheung. The group released their album Life is Beautiful in 2004. Following the disbandment of "Girl's only Dormitory," Chan transitioned to a solo career.

2.2. Solo Music Activities

As a solo artist, Macy Chan has released several songs and contributed to various soundtracks. In 2005, she released the solo song "誰造" (Who Made) as part of the album 美麗傳奇2-神蹟 (Beautiful Legend 2 - Miracle), produced and distributed by Daniel Audio. In 2008, she contributed multiple solo and chorus tracks to the original soundtrack of 燃焼國度201 (Burning Nation 201), released by True Communication Co., Ltd. A high-definition DVD version of 燃焼國度201 was also released in 2009. Additionally, she appeared in the 2009 Beyond 再．見理想 (Beyond Goodbye Ideal) music stage play DVD, which included a bonus CD.

Chan has also recorded several songs that were not included in her main albums. These include "最美的真愛" (The Most Beautiful True Love) in 2007, which served as an insert song for 風．花．雪．月 (Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon), and "魔法奇幻変" (Magical Fantasy Change) in 2007, a duet with Vivien Yeo that was the theme song for the Chinese dubbed version of the anime Fushigiboshi no Futagohime. Other unreleased songs include "棄物無聲" (Silent Discard) from 2007 and "我會照顧你" (I Will Take Care of You) from 2017.

Chan made her television drama debut in 2004. She has appeared in numerous series produced by TVB and other broadcasters.

Macy Chan's film career began in 2005. She has appeared in various feature films, often in supporting or guest roles.

Macy Chan made her stage debut in 2002. Her theatrical performances include:

• 燃焼國度201 (Burning Nation 201) (2008), where she played the role of Candy.

4.1. Television Presenter and MC

Chan has taken on roles as a television presenter and Master of Ceremonies. In 2007, she hosted 娯楽新聞報道 (Entertainment News) for TVB Pay Vision's Entertainment News Channel. She also hosted E-バズ (E-Buzz) in 2008.

Additionally, Chan has participated in web dramas such as 金甲虫探偵学院 (Golden Beetle Detective Academy) in 2004, where she played the role of 美思 (Meisi), and 心跳季節 (Heartbeat Season) in 2005. She was also involved in a 2006 project for the ICAC titled "石頭遇上蘇眉" (Stone Meets Grouper). Her radio drama appearances include "四個女仔搞乜鬼" (What Are Four Girls Doing) and "愛上・女生宿舍" (Falling in Love with Girl's only Dormitory) in 2004, and "風・花・雪・月" (Wind, Flower, Snow, Moon) in 2007, in which she played the role of 小嵐 (Xiao Lan). Chan is also credited as a lyricist.
