In April 2021, Lee Jee-hoon announced his engagement to his non-celebrity girlfriend, Miura Ayane, who is Japanese and 14 years his junior. The couple originally planned their wedding for October 2021, but it was postponed to November 8, 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
