2. Club Career

Hong Si-hoo's professional football career began in the K League 1, where he has played for Seongnam FC and Incheon United.

Hong Si-hoo joined Seongnam FC ahead of the 2020 season. He made his professional debut for the club on May 9, 2020, in a K League 1 match against Gwangju FC. He entered the game as a 76th-minute substitute for Choe Byeong-chan, and Seongnam secured a 2-0 victory. On October 31, during the season's final match against Busan IPark, Hong scored his professional debut goal and provided an assist, contributing significantly to Seongnam's 2-1 victory.
