Geum Kyo-jin (琴敎眞Geum Kyo-jin (Hanja)Korean) was born on January 3, 1992, in South Korea. He is a South Korean national.
2. Club career
Geum Kyo-jin's professional football career began in 2014, encompassing several transfers across various South Korean leagues.
In 2014, Geum joined Daegu FC as a free agent. He quickly made an impact, scoring his debut professional goal in his second match on March 29 against Ansan Police FC.
In July 2015, Geum was transferred to Daejeon Citizen as part of a trade deal that also involved player Lee Kwang-jin. Following the conclusion of the 2015 season, he moved to Gyeongju Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power FC, a club competing in the National League.
In July 2016, Geum signed with FC Seoul. Despite being part of the squad that won the K League Classic that year, he did not make any appearances for the club during his tenure.
In 2017, Geum transferred to Seoul E-Land FC, where he reunited with his former university coach, Kim Byung-soo. He marked his debut for the club by scoring a free-kick goal in his first league match on March 5, 2017, against Bucheon FC 1995.
During the summer transfer window of 2018, Geum moved to Gimpo Citizen FC.
Before the start of the 2019 season, he transferred to Cheonan City FC, another team in the National League. On April 6, 2019, he scored his first goal for Cheonan City in a match against Busan Transportation Corporation FC.
Ahead of the 2021 season, Geum joined Pocheon Citizen FC, which competes in the K4 League. More recently, he has been playing for Gimhae FC in the K3 League.
