2. Club career
Terans embarked on his professional club career in 2013, playing for several clubs across Uruguay, Chile, and Brazil, including multiple loan spells, before joining his current club.
2.1. Rentistas
After developing in their youth system, Terans was promoted to the senior squad of Rentistas in 2013. He quickly established himself as a key player, securing a spot in the starting team. In his debut season in the Uruguayan Primera División, he made 21 appearances and scored seven goals. Over his tenure with Rentistas, he accumulated 80 appearances, scoring 14 goals.
2.2. Loan spells
